Pukeora Ruahine Range Rosé 2017

This wine has an orangey pink hue. The wine shows crabapple, melon, a dash of raspberry with chalk and a mineral complexity on the nose. On the palate this Rosé shows zingy crabaapple , melon, some minerality and finishes long.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir the grapes were handpicked, crushed, soaked for 4 hours on skins, pressed and the juice was cold settled before fermentation in stainless steel tank. Tank aged on lees 10 months.

Alc 13.8%     Standard Drinks: 8.1     Residual Sugar: 2.4 g/l.  Celar up to 3 years (bottled Apr 2018)
