
This wine shows a straw coloured hue. The aroma expresses lemon, mineral notes, a subtle creaminess and hints of vanilla. On the palate, the lemon and minerality follow through with mouthfilling intensity, backed by a creamy texture and a long finish.
This wine was made from hand harvested fruit. The grapes were pressed, the juice cold settled and transferred to French oak barrels for a slow indigenous yeast fermentation. Left on lees in barrels for 10 months (17% new French oak). Bottled in March 2017. Released Dec 2017.
Alc 14.9%. Contains 8.9 standard drinks. Residual sugar 1.9 g/L. Cellar up to 5 years.
