Pukeora Ruahine Range Chardonnay 2015

A fruity, complex style of chardonnay offering fragrant aromas, stonefruit flavours with a distinctive minerality and a long sweet finish. This wine shows some seetness on the palate. Residual sugar 14g/L.

The grapes were handpicked, crushed then pressed and the juice was cold settled before a slow wild yeast fermentation  in French oak barriques (25% new oak). The wine was aged in barriques for 10 months on lees and 1 year in tank.

Cellaring: up to 5 years       Alc 14.3%vol     Contains approx. 8.5 standard drinks
