Pukeora Ruahine Range The Benches 2013

A full bodied powerful yet smooth blend of Merlot (70%), Malbec (17%), Syrah (7%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (6%).  Ripe blackcurrant and plum aromas are followed by harmonious rich fruit flavours and savoury, spicy undertones on the palate.

The grapes were handpicked, crushed and fermented with pumping over and hand plunging, then aged for 22 months in French and American oak barriques.

Alc 14.9%vol    Contains 8.8 standard drinks.      Cellar up to 10 years.
